The blower motor resistor in a 2015 Ford F-250 is situated in the passenger side footwell. It can be removed safely without causing significant damage, and you typically won't have to disassemble much of the HVAC system for proper access. However, to reach the resistor, you'll need to pull back the carpet, take out the body control module, and the 4WD module. Make sure to have appropriate hardware as there's a TORX screw near the firewall that needs removing. You will also need to remove some insulation to reach the resistor, which should be put back once the repair is finished. Since blower motor resistors failing on a 2015 model is relatively uncommon, it's advisable to confirm that this is indeed the issue before embarking on this somewhat involved repair process.

The blower motor resistor can be found inside the dashboard, either on the opposite side of the steering wheel or inside the engine compartment, specifically on the firewall.
