To replace the cabin air filter in a 2012 Ford Fusion, you'll find it behind the glove box. Start by opening the glove box and letting the lid stay open. Look at the back left and right corners of the box for cords on each side. Use these cords to pull inward and release the outer section of the glove box. After removing it, you'll see a black box where the cabin air filter is located.

    Behind the glove compartment is where you'll find it. Remove the cable attached to the compartment box, and then lower the compartment to reach the filter.
