To locate the coolant temperature sensor on a 2007 Ford Focus, you'll first need to pop the hood by pressing the button inside the car and then lifting the latch to fully open it. Once the hood is up, locate the engine head and then find the spark plugs; the sensor will be situated between the second and third spark plug. It will have a black and copper look. A new replacement sensor can cost between $20 and $40 if needed.
Can you please provide an image of the coolant sensor for a 2007 Ford Focus 1.6 model?
It's not located on mine. You can find it under the coil pack on the right-hand side of the engine.
