A compatible replacement sensor is the AC-Delco #213-4573, available at most local auto parts stores. To replace it, you'll need to loosen a few bolts, disconnect the engine wiring harness pigtail, remove the old sensor, install the new one, reconnect the wires, and tighten the bolts. It's important to secure the sensor properly to prevent any issues while driving, such as having it dangle from just the wires while cruising at highway speeds.
