The fuel filter in your 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe is situated beneath the driver's side door, slightly tucked inside the frame. Buying the fuel filter itself costs around $8 from stores like AutoZone. If you opt to have a shop do the replacement, keep in mind there will be labor costs involved. To save money, consider trying the replacement yourself. You'll only need two wrenches and a container to catch any spilled fuel. Before starting, remove the fuel pump relay and run the engine until it stalls to reduce the fuel in the system. Locate the fuel line that leads to the filter under the driver's side door. There will be a silver tube threaded on both ends, without the need to unbolt anything. Secure a wrench on the ribbed end of the tube and another on the filter end. Gently loosen the filter to avoid excessive spillage. Look for a black clip at the engine-facing end of the filter to disconnect the fuel line. Carefully slide out the old filter and install the new one before reassembling. Start your Tahoe to enjoy the smooth engine sound after the replacement.

It's not situated underneath the driver's side door, and I've searched all over but still can't locate it.
