The spare tire on the 2006 Toyota Sienna is situated under the vehicle accessed from the passenger side of the second-row seating area. To retrieve it, lift the floor mat and locate a carpet cutout in the floorboard. Lift this section of carpet to reveal a bolt. At the back passenger side of the car, retrieve the crowbar located with the jack. Use the crowbar to turn the bolt counterclockwise. Once the bolt is loosened, the spare tire attached to a wire will be underneath it. Simply unhook the wire to release the spare tire.
