The 2008 Ford Escape indicator relay can be found to the left of the steering wheel. When locating the fuse box under the car's hood, first, open and latch the hood. On the right-hand side of the engine compartment, there is a black box with a visible seam around it. Inside this box, you will find the fuse. The lid of the box should have a diagram indicating the purpose of each fuse. If not, refer to the owner's manual. Identify the fuse you need and remove it. A good fuse will have a continuous metal strip connecting the two protruding sections. If this strip is broken, the fuse needs replacement. New fuses are inexpensive, typically around $10.
In reply to Mike E, I believe your response is inaccurate with regards to the search term "Where is the turn signal relay located on a 2008 Ford Escape?" I didn't look up anything regarding a fuse. A turn signal relay is distinct from a fuse. It is bewildering to me how you can provide an answer without acknowledging the specific search being conducted.
The turn signal relay for the 2008 Ford Escape is managed by the solid-state electronic driver found in the smart junction box (SJB) situated beneath the dashboard center inside the vehicle's cabin. This setup differs from the electronic flasher module used in previous models.
