The blend door actuator in a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe is positioned beneath the lower part of the glove box's dash panel. To access it, you must first unscrew the bolts that secure the plastic covering on the passenger side of the dash. Once you have done this, carefully pull the dash out of the clips that hold it in place to reveal the blend door actuator. While facing forward, you will find it hanging from the top left plastic piece by clips on the left side. These clips may be fragile, so handle them gently. After removing them, disconnect the wiring connector and look for a few screws that are also holding it in place. Once you remove these screws, the blend door actuator should come free easily.
