The exterior lights of the Ford Transit can be controlled from the body control module fuse box, situated to the left of the driver's knee inside the cabin beneath the dash panel. Fuses #11 and #15 are responsible for managing the left and right lamps or backup lights. In case the exterior bulbs of the Transit are not functioning, it could be a wiring problem. Check any harnesses or connector pins related to the problematic part. Sometimes, a failed reverse pin on the trailer connector can lead to backup warnings not working properly. On occasion, the switch might be to blame, especially if both left and right lights are not working. Nevertheless, if the Transit's backup camera and reverse sensors are operating correctly, chances are the reverse switch is not the issue.

There are two different locations for the fuse boxes in this car - one is situated in the cabin area, while the other can be found underneath the vehicle's hood. If you need to locate a specific fuse, consult the manual for guidance on where to find it.
