In the 2016 Honda Accord, there are two spots where you can find the OBD port. Below and to the left of the steering wheel is one location, but it might also be visible under the dashboard above the pedals. If you have a dashboard compartment for the fuse box near the steering wheel, you may have to open it to reach the port. These spots are generally consistent across most vehicles, so once you locate one, you'll know where to find it in the future.
