To adjust the tire pressure on a 2017 Toyota Highlander, start by pulling over to a safe location and ensuring that each tire has the correct pressure. For the Highlander, it is recommended to have 36 psi for both the front and rear tires. Next, switch the engine to the on position without starting the vehicle. Locate the tpms reset button, which can be found below and to the right of the steering wheel on the instrument panel. Hold down the button until the TPMS indicator light flashes slowly three times. Wait for a few minutes, then turn off the vehicle and restart it to complete the reset process.

To reset the tire pressure monitor system of your 2017 Toyota Highlander SUV, first, turn the ignition key to the "on" position and press the TPMS button, which is typically found beneath the dashboard, until the TPMS light flashes a few times. Then, start your vehicle and allow it to run for a minimum of 20 minutes for the TPMS system to be successfully reset.

I've searched high and low for that elusive pushbutton but I just can't seem to locate it. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could share a picture of it.

The TPMS button can be found to the left of the steering wheel, tucked away beneath the dashboard between the hood and gas cap release levers.
