In a Ram 2500 truck, the tire pressure sensors will reset on their own after the tires are inflated correctly and the truck has been driven over 15 mph for a bit. The system keeps an eye on tire pressure for safety purposes. If pressure drops too low, a chime will sound, and a light will come on in the instrument cluster. The message about low tire pressure will pop up in the center of the cluster, specifying which tire needs attention. When these alerts show up, inflate the tires properly. While you can double-check the tire pressure manually, it's best not to solely rely on the system for precise measurements.
