If you're driving a 2013 Dodge Dart and need to reset the Uconnect system, it's a quick and easy process that should only take about 3 to 5 minutes of your time. To start, open the driver's side door and hop inside. Then, take a look at the steering wheel controls in the center. Press and hold both the phone button and the VR button at the same time. Turn off your ignition and open your door. Wait for about 30 to 40 seconds, then close the door. Finally, start the engine, and the Uconnect system will be reset.

To reboot the Uconnect system in a 2013 Dodge Dart, you should press and hold the voice recognition (VR) and phone buttons on the steering wheel when the car is running. Next, shut off the car and open the door for thirty seconds.

Thanks a lot for the tip... 😉 it worked on my 2013 Dart... I've been trying to figure out how to reset my Uconnect radio for days.

I attempted that, but it didn't succeed. Any assistance with this would be much appreciated.

I'm a 2015 Dodge Dart owner, and let me tell you, the bluetooth system in this car is absolutely terrible. One workaround I've discovered is to first disconnect your connected device from the car screen under "Paired Phones." This will disconnect the device from both phones and the audio sources tab. Then, on your phone, select the "Uconnect" option in the Bluetooth settings. Your phone should now be connected under the Phones tab, but not under the audio tab. Wait about 10 seconds before switching to the Audio Sources tab on your car screen and connect to the device from there. This should help reduce minor skipping issues during your drive. If it doesn't work, just repeat the process. It's a quick fix that I've found to be helpful.
