As an American, here is how I'd rewrite and personalize the given text: To take out the overhead console in a 2018 Chevy Silverado, you'll need to unscrew 2 truss-head self-tapping screws that secure it in place. These screws keep the console attached to a plastic bracket on the interior of the cab roof. Also, there are 2 clips to be mindful of. Open the sunglass holder, then reach up and gently pull down the console. It's important to be cautious during the removal process to prevent damaging the clips that keep the console in place. If, by chance, the clips do break, replacement ones can be obtained from your nearby Chevrolet dealership or local auto parts store.
A photo showing where to put those screws would be really useful. I found two screws just rolling around up there, but I can't figure out where or how to tighten them in place no matter how hard I look.
I'm facing the same issue as well. 😕
