In 2012, the Chevrolet Tahoe offered three different trim options and utilized two different tire sizes. The top-of-the-line LTZ model featured P275/55R20 tires mounted on 8.5-inch wide, 20-inch diameter rims, while the LS and LT models both used P265/70R17 tires on 7.5-inch wide, 17-inch diameter rims. It is important to keep the tires properly inflated to 35 pounds of pressure for optimal wear and fuel efficiency. If the tire pressure drops slightly below the recommended level, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) will alert you with a warning light on the dashboard. Simply inflate the low tire or tires to 35 psi and drive for a few minutes to reset the light.

The 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe should have its front and rear tires inflated to 30 pounds per square inch (psi). The front tire size is P265/70R17, while the rear tire size is the same. This model comes equipped with standard 17-inch silver aluminum wheels.
