The 2004 Nissan Sentra in the U.S. has a wheel bolt pattern of 4 X 114.3 across all three trim levels available. The wheels have a center bore of 66.1 mm and use standard lug nuts with a thread size of M12 X 1.25. Each trim level comes with a specific default tire size - the 1.8i model uses 195/60R15 tires inflated to 33 PSI in the front and 30 PSI in the rear. The SE-R 2.5i uses 195/55R16 tires with the same inflation as the 15-inch ones. For the SE-R Spec V 2.5i, you'll need a 215/45ZR17 tire, and both the front and rear tires should be inflated to 33 PSI.
