In the 2004 Ford F-150, there's a single fuse for the cigarette lighter. It's typically found at spot #41 on diagrams, which you can check here: (provide link). If you can't see the diagram, you can locate the fuse as the fourth one to the left from the bottom right. Another way to find it is to look at a row of fuses at the bottom of the fuse box; the cigarette lighter fuse is the one to the right of that row with small spaces on each side.
