This is my second trip to the dealership with my 2019 Ford Edge SLT for repairs. It's the transmission acting up once more, and now they're telling me it's the transfer gear and the whole transmission needs to be rebuilt. I'll be without a vehicle for at least two weeks, and they're not offering a loaner or rental. Can't believe it. My car is only 4 years old with under 44,000 miles. Ford might be losing me as a loyal customer - I've been with them since I bought my 2004 F-150 and also had a Ford Focus Hybrid.
