I just realized that my 2011 Ram Laramie 1500 also has a non-removable panel and no way to access or change the cabin air filter. It seems pretty ridiculous to not have such a feature on a high-end model like this.

If your 2011 model doesn't already have it, you can add a filter. The designated spot for it is present, but my car doesn't have the filter. You can purchase the door individually and set it up on your own.
