The 2017 Toyota Corolla does not feature a digital speedometer. However, it includes a 3.5-inch display located between the tachometer and speedometer that can be adjusted to show the average speed. When the doors are shut and the ignition key is not present, the display remains blank. If any door is opened, the display will indicate which door is open and will go off once it's closed. Upon starting the vehicle, a welcome screen will appear, showing the average speed, selected gear, and outside temperature. By pressing the display button on the steering wheel, you can cycle through various display options, including average speed, fuel economy, and vehicle settings customization.
