Use a screwdriver or prybar to open it. Inside, you'll find a row of fuses. Look at the diagram on the back of the panel you opened to identify which fuse controls the heated mirrors. If the diagram isn't there, you can refer to the owner's manual for guidance. Remove the fuse that needs replacing - if the thin metal strip linking the two raised sections is broken, the fuse is faulty; if it's intact, you can reinsert it.
