The Ford Transit can be unlocked without keys using the touch pad on the door panel. To change the keyless entry code, enter the factory code from the manual. Within 5 seconds, press the 1-2 button, then input 5 personal and easy-to-remember digits. Ensure new numbers are entered within 5 seconds of each other to save. Press the 1-2 button again to set the new code. Your vehicle may support a second entry code for another driver. Follow the same steps but save using the 3-4 button. The Transit's doors will lock and then unlock automatically to confirm the new code.
