To reset the tire pressure monitoring system in the Ford Fusion, start by parking on a flat surface. Use a tire gauge to check and ensure that each tire is inflated to a pressure of 32-33 PSI. With the key in the ignition, press the brake pedal and turn the key to the "run" position, then off. Repeat this step three times, leaving the key in the "run" position while pressing the brake pedal before turning off for the third time. Carry out the same process again without pressing the brake pedal, and you will hear a beeping sound indicating that the TPMS is now in "re-learn" mode.

In a Ford Fusion, a tire pressure sensor issue indicates that one of the sensors in one of your tires has malfunctioned and will require replacement.
