Start by parking your vehicle and turning the ignition key to the ON position without starting the engine. Once you see the Vehicle Total Mileage displayed, make sure the Vehicle Trip Mileage is also visible. Hold down the "O" button until you hear a beep from the instrument cluster. Next, press the "M" button repeatedly until you reach the reset menu option, which may be labeled Reset.31 or Reset.51 based on your specific vehicle. Select the number 2 by pressing the 0 button, then release and press it again quickly. Look for the "Reset Done" message to appear on the LCD screen. Finally, turn off the ignition and start the engine to confirm that the reset has been successfully completed, and the maintenance light is no longer illuminated.
