The computer in your 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid monitors how far you've driven since the last oil change so it can alert you when it's time for another one. It displays the remaining oil life percentage, which hits 0% when it's time to change the oil. After changing the oil, you must reset the counter to indicate that the maintenance has been completed. To do this, start the ignition without starting the engine, press the home button, and navigate to the Maintenance menu using the scroll wheel. Once you see the current oil life percentage, press the scroll wheel to enter the reset menu, then select the reset item A option. Finally, turn off and restart your car to ensure that the reset was successful.
