In the Toyota Corolla, traction control is beneficial for maintaining stability in slippery conditions by distributing power from the engine to the wheels. However, if your car gets stuck in snow or mud, it's recommended to deactivate this feature to enhance the engine's torque and power. You can turn off traction control by pressing the "TRAC" button located on the upper right side of the steering wheel, typically marked with two road line symbols. The TRAC light will come on to indicate it's off and can be turned back on by pressing the button again. For disabling Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) as well, hold down the TRAC button for over 3 seconds, and both systems will be deactivated with both indicator lights turning on.

I own a 2022 Toyota Corolla and I accidentally turned off the traction control by pressing a button. I've tried pressing the button again, holding it for 20 seconds, but the traction control won't come back on. I'm not sure how to re-activate it. Can you please help me with this issue?
