When the ABS light comes on, it indicates a problem with the brakes. To troubleshoot, press the Set button on the digital display until ABS is shown. Press Set again, then turn off the ignition. If that doesn't help, turn off the ignition for 30-40 seconds before turning it back on to position II. If the light persists, there may be a real problem with the ABS system, possibly just needing brake fluid. For a resolution, replacing a sensor and a full diagnostic may be necessary. It's recommended to bring your car to a professional auto shop or dealership, as they are better equipped to handle ABS issues.

    To get the abs light to go off, you can either visit a mechanic or troubleshoot and resolve the problem yourself with an ODB scanner.
