Watching this video will demonstrate that it is entirely feasible. I can attest that this method is effective on my 2019 F-150 3.5 EcoBoost. Previously, my truck would only reach a maximum speed of 170kph, but now I have been able to take it up to 244kph. No changes were made to the vehicle except for the tuning.
