I can't believe Cadillac was able to avoid taking responsibility for this. There should have been a complete product recall. Even after replacing the bulbs, we still drive without lights. I'm experiencing a similar problem. Replacing the light bulb didn't resolve it, so, as others have mentioned, it's likely the reflector that's the issue. You'll probably need to invest in a new headlight assembly.
