To fix the radio display on a 2011 Ford F-150, you can remove the SYNC fuse in the passenger compartment. This fuse is number 2, the second one from the top. Put the fuse back in to reboot the radio screen. For a complete reset of the SYNC system, make sure the car is in park. Remove the car from your phone's Bluetooth list, then go to the SYNC screen settings to select Master Reset. After completing the reset, you'll need to reconnect your phone with the car.

I'm having trouble with the radio in my 2011 Ford F-150 STX. All it shows is the flashing clock. I've tried removing and replacing the fuses but it's still not working. I've heard there might be a code to fix this issue, but I can't seem to locate it in the manual.
