To reset the radio in a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, first find the two fuses that control its function. The "totally integrated power module" can be found near the firewall on the passenger side in the engine bay. One fuse, a thirty amp one, powers the head unit and can be identified by checking the fuse box diagram on the lid. The other fuse, a 15 amp one, is for the hands-free module operation and is located near the head unit's plug. Remove both fuses for a few minutes, then replace them to initiate a reset of the radio and audio system in the Jeep Grand Cherokee. An alternative method is to disconnect the battery for 10-15 minutes and then reconnect it to reboot the system.
