Resetting the powertrain control module, known as the PCM, is a simple task that can be completed in about five to seven minutes. To begin, position yourself at the front of the car and raise the hood. Locate the negative terminal of the battery, situated to the right front of the engine bay, and disconnect it. Move to the driver's side and sit in the driver's seat. Switch the ignition to the start position for approximately 30 to 40 seconds before turning it off. Return to the battery and reconnect the negative terminal. The PCM has now been successfully reset.

The car is still not turning on despite the no bus light being on. The engine is cranking, but I can't figure out the problem. It appears that the codes 920, 921, and 999 indicate a communication issue, where something isn't transmitting signals to the engine's computer.
