Once you finish changing the brake fluid in a 2010 Ford Fusion, the final step is to bleed the brakes. To do this, first ensure the reservoir is filled correctly with fluid. Next, go to each brake line meeting a caliper, disconnect it, and pump the brakes while removing any air in the lines. Reconnect the line to the caliper once air is removed. After bleeding the entire system, return to the reservoir to refill it with fluid before you're set to drive.

Flush the brakes by either allowing gravity or using a pump to bleed into the reservoir, then be sure to replace both the fluid and drain caps afterwards.
