In a car, there isn't a specific method to reset the computer. You can clear its memory by either disconnecting the car's battery or pulling the fuse to the ECU, located in the fuse box by the steering wheel. After doing either of these actions, leave it for approximately an hour. This downtime without power will empty the computer's memory, leading to a reset. Keep in mind, this approach may not be effective if there is residual electricity in the system retaining the memory.
