Before replacing the headlights on a 2014 GMC Acadia, make sure to gather the necessary tools. These include a T20 Torx driver, a small flat blade screwdriver, side cutters, a 10-millimeter socket, ratchet, and extension. To access the headlight, turn the steering wheel in the opposite direction, exposing the front of the wheel. Disconnect the negative battery cable located behind the passenger seat under the floor. Once the battery is disconnected, remove the splash shield inside the tire on the designated side of the car. After exposing the back of the headlight, press in and lift the spring clip to remove the bulb. Disconnect the electrical connection and insert the new bulb. Finally, follow the steps in reverse order to reassemble the headlight.
