To program a key fob for your Dodge Durango, start by ensuring all the doors are closed. Insert the key into the ignition or press the start/stop button without actually starting the engine. Then, press and hold the unlock button on the key fob for five seconds with one hand, and the panic button for another five seconds with your other hand. Release both buttons, and then simultaneously press and hold down the unlock and lock buttons for 5 seconds. Finish by pressing the unlock button again, and you'll hear a sound confirming that you have successfully programmed the key fob.

This approach is ineffective. I tested it on a 2013 Dodge Durango, and it did not successfully reprogram the original Dodge key fobs obtained from the dealer. It appears to be the guidelines for reprogramming a key fob by a company known as Simple!
