Typically, in a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter, the Adblue warning message should disappear after a few driving cycles once you have refilled it. If it persists, you can try this method: Turn the key to position one, wait for at least 30 seconds, then turn the ignition off. If that doesn't resolve it, follow these steps: Turn the ignition once, press and hold the gas pedal until the glow plug illuminates, then release the gas pedal. The glow plug will flash a few times and then stop. Turn off the vehicle, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on, press the gas pedal twice (the second time, hold it until you see the plug light up again). This process should manually reset the Adblue warning message.

Start the car by turning the ignition key once. Push down on the gas pedal and keep it there until the glow plug indicator light turns back on. Wait for the light to stop flashing, then turn the ignition off. Wait for 10 seconds with the key off. Turn the ignition back on and tap the gas pedal twice.
