To fix Bluetooth issues in the 2010 Mazda3 when the infotainment screen is stuck or your device won't connect, simultaneously press and hold the Mute, Nav, and Back buttons for at least 10 seconds. These buttons are positioned around the Multifunction Commander Control knob. This action will reboot Mazda CONNECT in your car. If Bluetooth is still not functioning, navigate to the system settings on the home screen, then select "Music Database Update" and opt for "Search for Software Updates." You can also try selecting "OS System," "Gracenote Version," or "Cancel Update." One of these methods should get Bluetooth working again. If not, try removing Mazda from your phone's connected devices list and pair the device anew.

I exhausted all the methods to fix my Bluetooth issues without success until I attempted this one trick! Utilize voice control to remove all paired devices in the pairing settings. Erase them all, and voilà, my devices appeared. This method is helpful when attempting to manually remove paired devices without actually deleting them. Best of luck!
