The 2005 Chrysler 300 does not have a reset option for the fuel pump. Instead, it is equipped with a fuel pump relay that could be the culprit if your engine is not running due to fuel not being supplied. Signs of a malfunctioning fuel pump relay include a loss of power, difficulty starting the engine, absence of the usual pump sound, and even a risk of the vehicle catching fire. When a fuel pump relay malfunctions while the vehicle is running, it will shut off power to the fuel pump, leading to the engine stalling. While a faulty relay might allow the vehicle to be restarted shortly after, a completely failed relay will not permit this.

To reset the fuel pump in a 2005 Chrysler 300, you need to find the inertial trigger or airbag control module in your vehicle. Check the owner's manual for the specific location, or search inside the center console, under the front seats, behind the glove compartment, or behind the driver's or passenger-side kick panels. Locate the reset button on the inertial switch; it may be a different color than the casing. Access the inertia switch cover by releasing the plastic clips or removing the screws holding it in place. Inside the switch, you will find a button, a circuit breaker-type switch, or a fuse. Press the button or switch it back to its original position.
