Begin by turning on the ignition without starting the engine. Then, with the ignition on, press both the brake and gas pedals fully at the same time. Keep both pedals depressed for about 3 seconds until a message indicates that the reset is in progress. Once the message confirms that the process is complete, you can release the pedals and switch off the ignition.
