Resetting the oil on a 2017 Ram 1500 is a quick and simple process. Start by turning the key to the ON or Run position, then navigate to the Vehicle Info section in the menu by pressing the down arrow. Once there, use the right arrow to access the Oil Life screen. Hold down the Ok button to complete the oil life reset, which will show as 100% on the gauge. Your oil is now reset and you're all set until the next oil change.
