To turn off the oil service light on your 2017 BMW 328i, start the car without engaging the engine by pressing the start/stop button. Afterward, press and hold the Set/Reset button for about 10 seconds until the service indicator light illuminates. Use the Set/Reset button to navigate to 'Reset Executable' in the service menu and hold the button for 3 seconds to initiate the reset process. A progress bar will appear, and upon completion, a confirmation message will indicate a successful reset. To verify, turn the ignition off and then restart the engine; the oil light should no longer be present.
