To reset the oil life on the 2017 Jeep Wrangler, you have two options. First, turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine. In the first method, go to "Vehicle Info" on the display using the steering wheel controls, then select "Oil Life". When it shows 100 percent, press the OK button. In the second method, press the accelerator three times within ten seconds. Turn the ignition OFF. You may need to try this method a few times to clear the oil life message. Your oil and filter should be changed every 3,000 to 5,000 miles based on your driving. You will need 5.9 quarts of SAE 5W-20 full synthetic oil.
