Resetting the PATS system in your Ford F-150 is a straightforward process that should only take about 4 to 12 minutes of your time. To begin, head to the driver's side of your vehicle and enter. Turn the ignition to the on position, being careful not to start the engine unintentionally. Locate the reset option on your dashboard display and press it firmly for about 4 to 10 seconds until you see the word "test" appear. Press the reset button multiple times until you see the DTC display. After that, turn off the ignition and start the engine. Your PATS system should now be successfully reset.
