The 2011 Chevy Equinox's radio includes a feature that allows users to reset it. To do this, start by pressing the home button and navigate to the settings area. In the settings, scroll down to locate the system tab. Within the system tab, there will be an option to restore factory settings. Select this option and confirm when prompted. The radio will take a moment to reset itself to its default settings.
