First, ensure that your 2011 Lexus ES350 is parked on level ground. Check the tire pressure of each tire and verify that they are at the correct psi. The recommended psi amount should be visible on the side of the tire. After you have checked the tire pressure, enter the car and power it on without starting the engine. Locate a button to the right of the steering wheel labeled TPMS or similar. Press and hold this button until it starts blinking. Allow the car to sit for approximately 20 minutes for recalibration. Once the blinking stops, turn off the car and then restart it to confirm that the reset has been successful.

To initiate a reset of the TPMS light on a 2011 Lexus ES350, start by confirming that the tire pressures are correct. Begin by turning on the engine, then locate the reset button positioned low and to the right of the steering wheel on the instrument panel. Press and hold the reset button until you see the TPMS indicator on the instrument panel flash three times slowly, indicating that the reset process has been successful.
