To clear the tire pressure warning on a 2007 Toyota Prius, start by finding a safe, level parking spot and ensuring that each tire has the correct pressure (35 psi for front tires and 33 psi for rear tires on all sizes). Once the pressures are correct, step on the brake, turn on the vehicle by pressing the power button, and locate the TPMS reset button beneath the steering wheel. Hold the reset button until the TPMS light blinks three times slowly, then wait a few minutes. Turn the Prius off and then on again, and the warning light should be reset.
To reinitialize the TPMS on a 2007 Toyota Prius, ensure that the tire pressure is accurate before starting the car. Next, press the reset button located on the right side of the steering wheel and wait for ten minutes. If necessary, press and hold the button until the light flashes. If the sensor malfunctions, it could be due to improper tire pressure which can negatively affect the car's performance.
