When the TPMS light comes on in your 2008 Chevy Impala, the first step is to check your tires to ensure they are not flat and free of any foreign objects like nails or screws. Then, inflate each tire to the correct PSI indicated on the decal located in the driver's door jamb. Once all tires are properly filled, you can reset the TPMS by pressing and holding the Check icon button below the "i" button. Keep holding it until the TPMS light blinks on the dashboard. Once the light blinks, you have successfully reset the system and can proceed with driving.
