To reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in a 2015 Toyota Highlander, start by ensuring the air pressure is correct in all four tires. Turn off the vehicle and check the cold tire pressure of each tire, using the tire placard located on the door panel as a reference. Once done, enter the vehicle and turn the key to the ON position without starting the engine. Locate the TPMS reset button under the steering column, near the driver's left knee, and hold it until the TPMS light blinks three times slowly. Allow the system to record the tire pressure for a few minutes. Turn the ignition off and then start the vehicle to check if the light has turned off.

My 2015 Highlander LE Plus has the TPMS reset button located on the left side of the steering column, close to the gas door release button, not on the left side of the steering wheel.
