To recalibrate the tire pressure on your 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLS 500 Coupe, first park your car in a safe location. Ensure that the tire pressure in your tires is correct - 28 psi for the front and 32 psi for the rear if you have 245/40R18 and 275/35R18 tires, and 30 psi for the front and 33 psi for the rear if you have 255/40R18 and 285/35R18 tires. Next, turn the vehicle to the on position without actually starting the engine. Locate the reset button, which can be found to the right of the steering wheel. Press and hold the reset button for a few seconds, then wait for approximately 10 minutes. If this method doesn't work, press and hold the button until the tire pressure light flashes, then turn the vehicle off and restart the engine.

To recalibrate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) in a 2006 Mercedes CLS500, first ensure that the tire pressures are accurate. Start the car, and then press the reset button located on the right side of the steering wheel. Wait for ten minutes, and in certain instances, you might have to press and hold the button until the light blinks.
